TERRA-GEN NAMES PAGANO CEO

Terra-Gen Power, LLC ("Terra-Gen"), a leading renewable energy company, announced today it has hired James Pagano to act as its Chief Executive Officer. Terra-Gen, owned by affiliates of ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC, owns interests in twenty geothermal, wind and solar generating plants located through-out the United States with a combined installed capacity of 824 megawatts, acquired from Caithness Energy on December 7, 2007.
 

BOSTON, M.A., Feb. 5, 2008- Terra-Gen Power, LLC ("Terra-Gen"), a leading renewable energy company, announced today it has hired James Pagano to act as its Chief Executive Officer. Terra-Gen, owned by affiliates of ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC, owns interests in twenty geothermal, wind and solar generating plants located through-out the United States with a combined installed capacity of 824 megawatts, acquired from Caithness Energy on December 7, 2007.

Mr. Pagano joins Terra-Gen with over 20 years experience in the power industry. Prior to joining Terra-Gen, Mr. Pagano was with LS Power where he was President of LS Power Development. Prior to joining LS Power, Pagano worked for Caithness Energy and Cogentrix Energy Inc. where he held various positions including Chief Financial Officer of Cogentrix.
