James R. Pagano, Chief Executive Officer:
Prior to joining Terra-Gen, Mr. Pagano was President of LS Power Development, LLC. Prior to LS Power, Mr. Pagano was a Senior Vice President of Caithness from January 2004 to December 2006. From 1992 to 2003, Mr. Pagano held various positions with Cogentrix Energy, Inc., including Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President-Development. Previously, Mr. Pagano was an Associate with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett where he represented developers and lenders in connection with independent power projects. Mr. Pagano received a B.A. in Economics with highest distinction and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.

Daniel S. Pease, Chief Operating Officer: Prior to joining Terra-Gen, Mr. Pease was Chief Operating Officer of Enel North America, Inc. (a subsidiary of Enel SpA) where he was responsible for the operation, maintenance, engineering, construction, and regulatory compliance for ENA’s North American project portfolio. In addition, Mr. Pease supervised the Company’s human resource and information technology functions. Prior to 1986, Mr. Pease was with the Walsh Construction Company where he was in charge of heavy civil construction projects. Mr. Pease holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Connecticut.

John W. O'Connor, Chief Financial Officer: Prior to joining Terra-Gen in 2009, Mr. O’Connor served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Cogentrix Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Goldman Sachs Group. From 1994 to 2004, Mr. O’Connor held various financial management positions with Cogentrix Energy, including Senior Vice-President – Finance & Treasurer and Vice-President – Controller. Prior to joining Cogentrix Energy, Mr. O’Connor worked for the audit division of Arthur Andersen. Mr. O’Connor holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University.

Steve Doyon, Chief Development Officer: Prior to joining Terra-Gen in 2008, Mr. Doyon was a Managing Director for AES, responsible for business development for the North American region, including renewable and non-renewable power development. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Doyon was Director of Business Development for DTE Energy Services, the unregulated affiliate of DTE Energy Holdings. Mr. Doyon was employed as Vice President of Business Development for Cogentrix Energy from 1992 to 2004, focusing on business development in the U.S. and internationally. From 1986 to 1992, Mr. Doyon was employed by several consulting firms focusing on siting and licensing IPP and utility scale renewable and non-renewable power projects in the southeast U.S. Mr. Doyon holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Florida.

Charles F. Carroll, Senior Vice President and General Counsel: Prior to joining Terra-Gen in 2010, Mr. Carroll was a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf.  From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Carroll was Deputy General Counsel of KB Home, which he joined from Morgan Lewis & Bockius, where he was a partner from 2004 to 2005.  From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Carroll was General Counsel of Asia Global Crossing.   From 1988 to 2000, Mr. Carroll was with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where he became a Partner in 1993.  From 1983 to 1988, Mr. Carroll was an Associate at Cravath Swaine & Moore.  Mr. Carroll received a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law. 

Joseph C. Greco, Senior Vice President: Prior to joining Terra-Gen, Mr. Greco, was Vice President, Western Region of Caithness, who joined Caithness Equities Corporation in January 2001 and served as Vice President since May 2005. Prior to joining Caithness Equities Corporation, Mr. Greco was Vice President of UAE Energy Operations Corp. from 1998 until January 2001 and was responsible for operations and business development. Mr. Greco also served 3 years as an asset manager for various projects while employed by UAE Energy Operations Corp. From 1987 to 1995, Mr. Greco was an employee for Consolidated Edison Company of New York and held various management and engineering positions. Mr. Greco received a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College.

Randy Hoyle, Senior Vice President and Head of Wind and Solar Development: Prior to joining Terra-Gen, Mr. Hoyle was Managing Director at Edison Mission Energy, the unregulated affiliate of Edison International, responsible for business development activities related to a national wind energy platform.  From 1994 to 2005, Mr. Hoyle was employed by NextEra Energy Resources, the unregulated affiliate of NextEra Energy, Inc. (formerly FPL Group).  He last served as Director, Development accountable for originating and developing an industry-leading wind franchise in the southern Mid-Continent region.  Previous to that assignment at NextEra, he provided leadership in natural gas development, mergers and acquisitions, and financial analysis roles.  Mr. Hoyle earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami (FL) and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance from Iowa State University.

M. Ward Scobee, Senior Vice President: Prior to joining Terra-Gen, Mr. Scobee served as Director, Business Management at Caithness Energy, LLC. Mr. Scobee has over 20 years of experience in the electric power industry. Prior to joining Caithness in May of 1999, Mr. Scobee was with Dynegy Inc. located in Houston, Texas, where he served in a variety of capacities in both the financial and operational divisions of the company. Upon joining Caithness, Mr. Scobee assumed responsibility for the commercial management of a number of Caithness' power generation assets, including gas, wind, solar and geothermal. Currently Mr. Scobee oversees all of Terra-Gen's operating wind projects and is actively involved in the company's wind development efforts. Mr. Scobee earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Houston Baptist University in Houston, Texas.
